Your dog will be treated to a gentle bath using premium shampoo and conditioner tailored to their coat type, followed by a blow dry and brush to remove loose hair and minor tangles. We finish with a spritz of dog friendly perfume, leaving their coat soft, clean, and fresh-smelling.

Please note: heavily matted coats may require additional grooming or a full groom.

Trim and Tidy

Trim and Tidy includes a thorough brush-out, shampoo, conditioning massage, blow dry, and essential maintenance trim. We tidy around the eyes, paws, and hygiene areas, clip the nails, and finish with a light spritz of dog friendly perfume.

Our Trim and Tidy is ideal for keeping your dog looking neat and fresh between full grooms – perfect when a simple bath and dry just isn’t enough, but a full groom isn’t quite needed.

Full Groom

Our Full Groom service includes a relaxing shampoo and conditioning massage, blow dry, breed standard or pet grooming clip (tailored to your preference), and careful trimming around the eyes, paws, and hygiene areas. We’ll also tidy your dog’s nails and finish with a spritz of dog-friendly perfume.

Each groom is customised using clippers or scissors to suit your dog’s coat and your preferred style. Whether you're after a traditional breed-standard look or a more practical pet trim, we tailor the groom to meet your needs.

De Shed

If you own a double coated breed such as a Golden Retriever, Labrador, or Collie, you'll know how much they can shed—especially during seasonal coat changes.

Our De Shed Groom is specially designed to help manage shedding by removing loose and dead hair from the undercoat. This not only reduces the amount of hair left around your home, but also promotes a healthier skin and coat.

The treatment includes a thorough brush-out, a deep cleansing bath with a conditioning massage, a blow dry, and an intensive de-shedding treatment. We also trim and tidy the coat, clean the ears, clip the nails, and finish with a spritz of cologne.

Older Dogs

Your dog’s wellbeing is always our top priority. Whether they require extra time, more frequent breaks, or a modified grooming routine, we tailor every session to suit their individual needs — ensuring they remain relaxed, comfortable, and stress-free throughout.

Hand Stripping and Carding

Hand stripping is for wire coated breeds (and Spaniels!) as it helps preserve their natural texture, colour, and overall coat condition. This involves removing the dead topcoat by hand, which encourages healthy regrowth, ensuring the coat stays coarse and wiry. Additionally, carding can be used as a technique to help remove loose undercoat, further enhancing the coat's appearance and health.
