Trim & Tidy

Includes a thorough brush out, gentle bath, conditioning massage, blow dry, and an essential maintenance trim. We tidy the eyes, paws, and hygiene areas, clip the nails, and finish with a light dog-friendly spritz.

Ideal when a bath and dry isn’t quite enough, but a full groom isn’t needed.

Full Groom

Our Full Groom includes a relaxing shampoo and conditioning massage, blow dry, and a full clip or scissor groom tailored to your preference. We tidy the eyes, paws, and hygiene areas, clip the nails, and finish with a light dog-friendly spritz.

Each groom is customised to suit your dog’s coat, lifestyle, and the style you prefer — whether that’s a traditional breed-standard look or a pet trim.

De Shed Groom

A de-shed groom helps remove loose, dead undercoat to reduce shedding and support healthy skin and coat.

Includes a thorough brush out, deep cleansing bath with a conditioning massage, blow dry, intensive de-shedding treatment, trim and tidy, ear cleaning, nail clip, and a light dog-friendly spritz.

Face Trim & Tidy (dry cut)

A gentle trim and tidy of the muzzle and eye areas to keep your dog looking neat and able to see clearly between full grooms. Ideal for maintaining comfort and cleanliness, especially for dogs prone to facial hair overgrowth.

Handstripping & Carding

This traditional grooming method carefully removes the dead outer coat by hand, helping to maintain correct texture, richer colour, and the natural weather resistant qualities of the coat.

Hand stripping is ideal for owners who wish to preserve a more natural, breed appropriate appearance rather than clipping, which can soften and fade the coat over time.

We can book a quiet, one-to-one grooming session to make their experience as relaxed and comfortable as possible.

Some dogs find grooming overwhelming, especially if they are anxious, sensitive to handling, older, rescue dogs, or have had a negative experience in the past.

We can arrange a quiet, one-to-one grooming session to make your dog's experience as relaxed and comfortable as possible.

If your dog struggles with any part of grooming—even just nail clipping, drying, or having their face touched—please let us know beforehand. This helps us plan properly, allow extra time, and make any adjustments needed to keep the experience calm and positive.

In some cases, grooms may need to be carried out very slowly or over multiple visits, with no other dogs in the salon, or two groomers may be needed. Extra charges may apply for these tailored sessions, but we will always discuss this with you beforehand so there are no surprises.
