Our holistic approach focuses on your dog's overall wellbeing, ensuring they receive the attention and care they deserve. Our groomers are City & Guilds and iPET qualified, trained in canine emergency first aid, iPET Network Level 3 Award in Canine Oral Hygiene and fully insured.

Rachel worked for many years in veterinary practices and is now very happy to be working part-time at RSPCA Mount Noddy, alongside grooming, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience and compassion to her role.  She is currently studying an Advanced Diploma in Applied Animal Behaviour (Canine).

Following years of working for a national assistance dog charity and a local youth counselling service.  Claire is now doing what she loves most — grooming and caring for dogs, with a strong focus on welfare, patience, and building trust. She is currently studying a Diploma in Canine Marishia Massage Therapy and Canine Nutrition.

Our continued professional development strengthens both our practical skills and our understanding of each dog’s physical and emotional wellbeing.

This ongoing learning supports our welfare led approach, allowing us to recognise stress signals, work sympathetically with nervous or sensitive dogs, and promote comfort, trust, and positive grooming experiences.

We take great pride in keeping the salon spotless and hygienic. All equipment, including grooming tables and baths, is meticulously cleaned and disinfected between each groom, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for every dog.
